BPGraphics is registered to collect and remit sales tax in Arizona, California and Wisconsin.
If we are shipping products for you to any of the following three states (AZ, CA, IL, WI), we must collect and remit the appropriate use tax – unless we have a valid resale tax certificate on file. If you will be purchasing products for re-sale, please download the appropriate form.
Sometimes, non-profit organizations have questions about the payment of sales tax. Unless you have a specific exemption from sales or use tax and an accompanying letter from the department of revenue, all 501-3(c) corporations and other non-profits are required to pay sales tax.
